The large indoor environment is warm, homely and spacious with two classrooms. The equipment is child sized with activities displayed neatly on shelves that are easily accessible to children. Children have freedom of choice from the well equipped classrooms. The walls are vibrant with children’s learning displays and programme planning, ensuring children and families have a sense of belonging in the centre. Our daily programme is focused on fun, positive interactions and communication with children as individuals and as groups.
Outdoor - The play area is very large with natural grassed areas and gardens, a sandpit, playhouse, climbing equipment for the promotion of gross motor development, picnic area with ample shade. Children actively explore the outdoors with fun and excitement.
As well as offering fundamental Montessori activities our programme encompasses music and movement, water and sand play, art and craft, story time and rhymes, puzzles and blocks.
